Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a one-on-one, confidential process where you work with a trained therapist to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. It provides an opportunity for self-reflection, healing, and personal growth while addressing challenges you may be facing.

Individuals can come for a variety of reasons including: Anxiety, stress, or depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem and confidence or life transitions (career changes, moving, loss, etc.).
